Overview
Known primarily as a solo performer, for the first time Yasmin Williams is joining forces with a string ensemble to bring new life to her compositions. Williams is pairing with The Dream Quartet to play new arrangements from her latest release, the deluxe reissue of her first album, Unwind, along with other fan favorites. The show will include a variety of musical styles, from Williams’ classic lap-tapping acoustic guitar sound to new songs featuring her on vocals and other new arrangements. The Dream Quartet, a dynamic string ensemble mixing classical influences with a contemporary sound, will bring new depth to the arrangements.
