Indy has more than 7,500 hotel rooms downtown, with a staggering 4,700 connected to the Indiana Convention Center. This means that whether you come in May or February, you can count on good weather as you navigate from your hotel to locations around the city. Visitors will find a wide variety of brands and price points to choose from. Marriott IndyPlace features five properties adjacent to White River State Park. The JW Marriott, affectionately nicknamed “Big Blue,” is Indy’s largest downtown property with 1,005 rooms.
Located in the Mass Ave Culture District, 140-key boutique Bottleworks Hotel occupies the top two floors of the historic Coca-Cola Bottling Works. This hotel helped launched Indy on the “best of” lists for TIME, Condé Nast Traveler, and Travel & Leisure. The Alexander Hotel, named after Alexander Ralston, one of the architects who designed Indianapolis, is home to Plat 99, a chic cocktail bar that dons 99 brightly colored blown glass lights by artist Jorge Pardo. These one-of-a-kind stays make for unique getaways.
Wherever you choose to stay, know that the action is only steps away in Indy's walkable downtown.
