Indiana State Fair

The Indiana State Fairgrounds is revving up once again to welcome over 750,000 visitors for the Indiana State Fair. Eighteen days of thrills, food, and featured stories are headed to the Circle City starting Wednesday, July 26. Get ready for family fun, rides and games, barnyard animals, goat yoga, fabulous fair food, and the Indiana Beer Wine & Spirits expo.

“Perhaps the only other Hoosier tradition that brings together as many fans, as much nostalgia, and that sense of hometown pride [as the state fair] is the love of basketball that’s swept our state for more than a century, which makes it the perfect theme for this year’s fair” said Governor Eric Holcomb.

The Indiana State Fair is also planning to bring back fairgoer favorites including carnival rides, fun and wacky fair food, 4-H competitions, free entertainment, and much more. Stay tuned for new spectacular experiences and announcements in the coming weeks.

Single day fair admission tickets are on sale now starting at $11, valid for any day of the 2023 Indiana State Fair.

Get excited, hoops fans - Basketball is this year’s theme, celebrating Indiana as “The State that Grew the Game,” in partnership with Pacers Sports & Entertainment. Indiana's rich roundball history is a signature of our culture, and the Indiana State Fair looks forward to celebrating Indiana’s world-renowned reputation for its basketball acumen and contributions to the game. Fairgoers can expect to see an “All-Star Court”, Pacers Sports & Entertainment Court, exhibits paying homage to Indiana’s deep basketball legacy, and 18 of Indiana’s greatest basketball stories - one for each day of the fair. Explore the different ways to engage here.
