The Circle City Classic® Celebration is about so much more than football. As part of IBE’s mission to serve and empower Indiana communities, each year, Circle City Classic® includes education, career, and cultural-focused events that complement football matchups.
This year’s Classic will host two girls high school flag football games (Arsenal Tech High School vs. Crispus Attucks High School and Ben Davis High School vs. Lawrence North High School) and two boys high school football games (Pike High School vs. Warren Central High School and Ben Davis High School vs. Lawrence North High School).
“As engagement trends, fundraising models, and corporate partnerships continue to shift, IBE is adopting a more strategic approach to its signature events,” the organization said in a news release. “The Circle City Classic and Summer Celebration have been the organization’s primary fundraisers, supporting scholarships and funding IBE’s year-round youth and family programming. This pivot aims to protect and strengthen those revenue streams while ensuring the events remain relevant, sustainable, and aligned with today’s audiences.”
