Bringing craft hard cider to bars and restaurants in central Indiana and offering a rotating selection of seasonal ciders in the tasting room. Ash & Elm ciders are made from 100% pure apple juice, provided by regional family orchards, and range from semi-sweet to dry.
Ash & Elm Cider Co. has a 70-person capacity tasting room with a food menu featuring scratch-made, locally-sourced elevated snacks, sandwiches, and salads. There is a private fenced patio in the back which seats up to 20 people and can be reserved. We also have a large, budget friendly and flexible event space in our production facility next door. It is open and available for most types of events, though in some cases tables / chairs / special AV equipment will need to be rented at an additional cost. We are able to provide a limited food menu in the event space, especially if pre-ordered. Cider is available in the event space but not required. Outside alcohol (beer/wine) is not permitted due to Indiana alcohol laws. Tours of cidermaking facilities can be arranged as part of an event.
