Open since 2011, Crimson Tate specializes in contemporary modern textiles. The whimsical gathering place for fabric enthusiasts is open every day from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Crimson Tate offers online sales — everything from scissors, pins, rulers, and fabric markers to fringe, embroidery thread, carpenter pencils, and merit badges — curbside pickup, gift cards, and even an e-newsletter to stay up to date on store happenings. DanceWorks Indy

DanceWorks Indy opened in 2019 and is a dance and fitness studio for adults. Founder and owner Kerry Kapaku earned a BFA in Dance Performance and Education from Ohio State University before moving to Indianapolis in 2014. Her specialities include contemporary dance and 305 Fitness.
DanceWorks Indy offers tap, jazz pop, ballet, hip hop and K-pop-style choreography, silver-level classes for students aged 50+, SWERK, and more. Loudmouth Books

Self-described new kid on the block, Loudmouth Books just opened last year. The creation of the bookstore and community space was inspired by relentless and ongoing book bans that vilify books by queer and BIPOC authors. Loudmouth features events like poetry readings, a children’s story hour, and has several book clubs for both youth and adults. In addition to books by marginalized authors, Loudmouth sells candles, gift cards, tote bags, and store merch. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
