You won’t have to leave Indy to discover one of the greatest wonders of the world. The Grand Canyon at the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art opens March 26 and stays in town until August 7. The Museum will highlight the Grand Canyon’s natural beauty through Native and Western art and artifacts, artist presentations, educational programs, film, sounds of the Canyon, and storytelling.
The grand opening party on March 25 at 6 pm is open to the public. Opening day festivities on March 26 from 10 am to 5 pm include:

Lecture and gallery talk by Curt Walters, world-renowned plein air impressionist painter heralded by Art of the West magazine as “the greatest living Grand Canyon artist”
