On Global Meetings Industry Day, we celebrate the meetings industry that connects people, ideas, and possibilities across the globe. And in just one month, Indy will unlock even more opportunities with a brand-new transatlantic connection.
Starting May 3, 2025, Aer Lingus will offer a non-stop, 8-hour flight from Indianapolis International Airport (IND) to Dublin Airport. This exciting new route will operate four times a week, providing a seamless gateway to Europe with 20 one-stop connection markets, including Frankfurt, Paris, London, and Amsterdam.
This means Indy’s reach just got a whole lot bigger. IND already serves 50 nonstop destinations with 134 flights per day, including service to all major U.S. hubs. Plus, IND was just named the #1 Airport in North America for the 13th consecutive year, so your attendees can count on a smooth travel experience, just 15 minutes from downtown and the Indiana Convention Center.
It’s the perfect pairing: celebrating the power of meetings and events while welcoming a new way to connect Indy's thriving community to the world. Here’s to fresh connections, bold opportunities, and a bright future for Indy’s global reach.
Happy GMID—we can’t wait to see where this flight takes us!
