Overview
Leslie Odom, Jr., is a Tony and Grammy Award-winning, three-time Emmy and two-time Academy Award-nominated songwriter, actor and New York Times bestselling author. Well known for his breakout role as Aaron Burr in the Pulitzer Prize-winning Broadway musical Hamilton, he returned to Broadway in 2023 with the classic American comedy Purlie Victorious, earning a Tony nomination and appearing on PBS’ Great Performances. Other roles have included starring as soul legend Sam Cooke in Amazon’s film adaptation of One Night in Miami… and appearing in Netflix’ Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery. Odom has released six full-length albums, most recently 2025’s An Offering: Live at Speakeasy Studios.
