You know the songs. Come sing them with us. Two nights before Christmas, Jeffery Thomas II & The Exchange Group Music bring A Soulful Sing-Along back for a special Christmas edition.
This isn't a quiet Christmas concert and it definitely isn't a night where you just sit back and watch. You're part of the show.
A live band, incredible voices, and a room full of people singing their way through Christmas favorites, soul classics, gospel, R&B, funk, jazz, blues, reggae, hip-hop, and those songs everybody knows by the first two chords.
Think Donny Hathaway. Stevie Wonder. Motown. Gospel. Old-school R&B. Funk. Christmas at Grandma's house. Church on Sunday morning. The family function. The records somebody always puts on when everybody finally gets together.
Some songs we'll sing exactly how you remember them. Others? We're going to put a little soul on them.
Expect big vocals, unexpected arrangements, audience sing-alongs, musicians stretching out, churchy moments, funky moments, and the kind of musical left turns that have become part of the Jeffery Thomas live experience.
Come with your people. Come ready to laugh. Come ready to sing. Because on December 23, we're not just celebrating Christmas. We're having the Christmas function.
