A vibrant bilingual musical for young audiences that reimagines the childhood of Frida Kahlo through the eyes of two unlikely friends; Alex, a shy boy with dreams of becoming a luchador & Frida, a bold, imaginative girl determined to be a doctor. When paired for a science project on butterflies, their journey unfolds into a whimsical tale of transformation, courage & the power of friendship.

Filled with fun, music, playful audience interaction, and plenty of heart, this lively bilingual musical introduces young audiences to the essence of Frida Kahlo through imagination, creativity & adventure.

Along the way, they'll explore the life & art of one of history's most beloved artists while enjoying a theatrical experience designed especially for young audiences.
