Downtown Indy Inc.'s Circle of Lights® presented by IBEW 481 is Indy's most time-honored holiday tradition. America's Got Talent Season 19 winner Richard Goodall is performing at the tree lighting Friday, November 28.
Parking:
Attendees can pay to park downtown in parking garages or open street parking.
Monument Circle will bask in holiday glory with the continuation of “Shining A Light,” a multi-million dollar update of lighting, staging, audio and video technology that transforms the Circle into a life-size snowglobe, enhancing Circle of Lights like never before.
