Overview
Reservations now available. The new-build, 800-room Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, the city’s tallest hotel and the Indiana Convention Center’s newest headquarters hotel, is now accepting reservations for stays beginning February 1, 2027. Once open, it will mark the approachable luxury brand’s first property in both the Midwest and Indiana. Owned by the City of Indianapolis with operations led by the Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County, a municipal corporation of Marion County, the hotel will be located along the Georgia Street pedestrian promenade in the Wholesale District, with direct access via skywalk to the Indiana Convention Center. The property will also offer convenient access to Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse, placing guests at the center of the city’s premier sports, entertainment, and convention destinations, bringing Signia by Hilton’s vibrant atmosphere, sophisticated amenities plus the world’s best meetings and events to the heart of downtown Indianapolis.
Featuring bold, contemporary design by Ratio Design and sweeping views of downtown Indianapolis, the property will offer 800 rooms, including 70 suites ranging from 450 to 1,900 square feet. The hotel’s striking interiors, designed by Rottet Studio Architecture and Design, will abstractly reference Indianapolis’s connection to car culture and the luxury of auto racing. Public spaces will be enveloped in rich millwork and materials, warm textures, and sculptural lines evoking power, movement, and momentum. The property will also feature an expansive museum-quality public art collection curated by Art Strategies that reflects the themes of the interior design as well as the city’s cultural identity.
Guests will enjoy seven chef-driven destination dining and bar concepts celebrating Indianapolis, the Midwest, and the state, including a dynamic, energetic lobby bar, an all-day restaurant focused on elevated comfort fare, and a 38th floor bar and lounge pairing skyline views with refined classics and boundary-pushing cocktails. Additional offerings will include a signature restaurant, rooftop poolside dining, a curated market café with wellness-minded options, in-room dining, and Club Signia, a premium offering for guests that elevates the entire stay, including access to an intimate private lounge with chef-curated, made-to-order dishes, and a full bar.
Purpose-built for meetings and events, Signia by Hilton Indianapolis will offer 100,000 square feet of flexible meeting space across 42 rooms, anchored by Indiana’s largest ballroom at 50,000 square feet, divisible into 12 sections.
