Proper is a small, unique event rental space brought to you by the La Margarita family located off Mass Ave. Perfect for all types of engagements such as corporate luncheons, fundraising events, rehearsal dinners, showers, birthday parties, business meetings, happy hours, art shows, and more.
With a full private bar in the intimate back portion of the space, and access to a wide variety of drink and dining options from the family of restaurants. Guests can expect a high quality experience through and through. Proper provides tailored event coordination throughout the entire planning process and also offers setup and breakdown for your event, as well as bar and dining staffing as needed.
The cozy space features ample seating arrangements and configurations for all types of events custom built from local Oak & Stone Construction and interior design from Guide & Anchor. Proper oozes with personality.
Space Rates:
- Full Space Rental (4 hours)- $750
- Back Space Rental (4 hours)- $500
- $500 Bar Minimum
- Additional Hour- $200
