Cumberland Town Hall
Overview
Cumberland was officially platted July 7, 1831 and named for Cumberland, Maryland, the east terminus of the Historic National Road. Cumberland's historic downtown is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has maintained much of its original small town charm, while providing the amenities of an urban area.
Cumberland is just a 20-minute drive to Indianapolis and has easy access to major interstates and the Indianapolis International Airport. The town is also served by the IndyGo bus system providing commuters an alternative.
