Raising the Level of Frontline Service Since 2012

The Visit Indy Academy, an online training program, is proud to present Super Service training. Originally developed alongside IU Indianapolis in advance of Super Bowl XLVI, this online program is designed for all hospitality employees and volunteers. Learn how to provide a consistent level of service, exceed visitor expectations, and encourage visitors to return to our city. The program is free and encouraged for all frontline staff.
