When Indy hosts events, the city goes BIG. It's why we annually host the largest single-day sporting event in the world, the Indy 500. It's why we were trusted by the NCAA to host the entirety of March Madness in 2021. In the last decade alone, Indy has hosted NBA All-Star weekend, WNBA All-Star weekend, College Football Playoff Championship, U.S. Swimming Trials - Swimming, and so much more.

But, Indy is about more than sports. Our connected convention package links 12 hotels and 5,500 rooms to a convention center and stadium in heart of downtown. That package is leveling up thanks to $3B in new developments.

At ASAE, events beyond the convention center will showcase the best of the city while providing unforgettable experiences for ASAE attendees.

Opening Celebration in White River State Park

Saturday Night , 6-9 pm

Join us in the park for an evening of entertainment headlined by Indy's own, Babyface. Just a short walk from downtown hotels, White River State Park is home to museums, the Indianapolis Zoo, NCAA headquarters, and Victory Field. The park's greenspace will be activated with fun and games while the Everwise Amphitheater welcomes a live performance from a 13-time GRAMMY Award winner who was recently named by The New York Times as one of the “Greatest Living American Songwriters.”

Party on Monument Circle

Sunday Night , 5:30-9 pm

The geographic and spiritual heart of Indianapolis will play host to a Visit Indy party that is open to all. Whether in between other gatherings or as your Sunday night plan, Monument Circle will be alive with live music, bites, drinks, and more than a few surprises. Join Victory and other industry friends for this casual event. No need to RSVP because all are welcome.

ASAE Research Foundation Classic at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway

Monday , 5:30-9:30 pm

Every Memorial Day, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) welcomes over 350,000 fans to cheer on the Greatest Spectacle in Racing but on this night it's all yours. The ASAE Research Foundation Classic will take over IMS for a celebration that is not to be missed. From hot laps around the track to elevated bites, cocktails, and entertainment, the Classic will get your motor running. This is a ticketed event.

Closing Celebration in Lucas Oil Stadium

Tuesday , 1-5 pm

The home of the Indianapolis Colts sets the stage for a closing celebration is not to be missed. Get on the field and discover multiple zones offering elevated gameday bites and activites. Go behind the scenes and tour locker rooms, test yourself with football drills or casual games, and do it all to a DJ soundtrack as we close the ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition with a bang.
