Overview
BUTTER Fine Art Fair powered by AES Indiana returns August 28–31 for its fifth iteration, celebrating the work of established, independent, and emerging Black artists from Indiana and across the country as part of a new model for care and economic justice in the arts.
Dedicated to transforming artist mindsets and careers, the no-commission fair works to maximize artist earnings by selling or loaning 100% of the exhibition, giving 100% of the proceeds from art sales to the artists. Artists pay no fee to participate and guests under 18 pay no fee to enter the immersive three-day event.
These walks are approximately 1-20 minutes long. We will talk about the neighborhood that once surrounded the Stutz Building. In addition, Sampson will have a small activation where guests can interact with the history without physically going on the Walk & Talk. Sampson will also be there every day.
Walks are free with your ticket to BUTTER.
