Overview
Join the Indy Dance Council for one weekend only to move and be moved by this unique celebration of Indy dance.
Ten masterclasses in styles like contemporary partnering, ballet, waving, West African, tap, and more will be offered alongside free lunch and learn panel discussions. There will be free community workshops for 50+ movers, kids, and dancers with intellectual and developmental disabilities hosted by BOLD (Benefits of Learning Dance). Two different evening programs will cap each day, showcasing a huge range of local and visiting performers such as Dance Kaleidoscope, Indianapolis Ballet, Seda Negra/Black Silk Dance Company, Kenyettá Dance Company, 31SVN Street Dance Crewm and more!
Classes will be held in the 3rd floor Lilly Hall studios at Butler University.
Performances will be held at the Tobias Theatre at Newfields.
