The Prewitt is an upscale dining experience in the heart of historic downtown Plainfield. The menu offers contemporary American cuisine, featuring locally sourced ingredients and produce that is the best in the area. The space, a renovated 1927 movie theater, features plush couches for lounging, a casual bar area and a stage for live entertainment & classic films. The second story space allows guests to interact more intimately, whether that be in our speakeasy Parlor, our rooftop patio with seating under the stars or our Chef’s Study that accommodates private parties and interactive tasting menus with the Chef.
