The Capital Grille invites you to enjoy dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood that is flown in daily and an award winning collection of over 400 wines. The Capital Grille is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is located in the Conrad Hotel in the heart of downtown. Two private dining rooms are available; The Wine Room and The Conrad Room each accommodate up to 24 guests. In addition to the private rooms, you can also enjoy unique dining experiences in the lounge or on our outdoor patio. All this in an atmosphere that is both luxurious and relaxed.
