Overview
The Balmoral House features an assortment of elegant spaces indoors and outdoors for meetings, receptions, corporate events and more. The House is over 10,000 sq. ft. and can be used in its entirety or individual spaces are available for smaller groups. Located on a former golf course, there are over 20 acres of lush landscaped grounds that can be utilized for dining, teambuilding or just space to take breaks.
Conveniently located off Allisonville Road, adjacent to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport in Fishers, Indiana, minutes from hotels, shopping, restaurants and interstates I-69 and I-465. The Balmoral House can comfortably host groups from 10 to 150. The Balmoral House facilities are available for rent for day and evening events and provide:
