Raw Bar by Slapfish is elevating the downtown Indianapolis seafood experience with a modern new restaurant and oyster bar. Raw Bar by Slapfish aims to make oysters a staple in the Midwest and offer an eclectic, indulgent menu that celebrates fresh, sustainable seafood. This is the brand’s first location outside of California and will serve as a destination for date nights, happy hour, celebrations, and social gatherings.
Developed by Slapfish founder and CEO, Chef Andrew Gruel, Raw Bar is a simple, community-focused restaurant that celebrates the sustainability and versatility of oysters. Slapfish has created a distinct brand that revolves around drool-worthy “boat-to-plate” cuisine in a casual, relaxed setting, and Raw Bar complements this concept, offering great seafood at even better prices. The seasonally-rotating menu will offer a rotating selection of Peruvian style raw fish, oysters sourced from responsible suppliers both locally and nationwide, seafood charcuterie, smoked fish, and sixteen beers on tap.
