Menu items change weekly and guests can expect to see unexpected pairings of uncommon ingredients in sandwiches with smoked brisket, beer mustard, braised cabbage, salmon, pork belly, garlic aioli, and sorrel, among many other choices. If not on the menu, vegetarian options are available upon request.
