Gaia Cafe & Botanicals is a cozy little spot off of 56th & Lafayette Road that used to be called Bee Coffee Roasters! When Bee decided to close up shop to focus on roasting, one of their baristas (hi, Sky!) bought the shop and decided to carry on the legacy with a fresh new name and mission.
Gaia Cafe & Botanicals is a beautiful space with all that beautiful Bee Coffee and lots of beautiful plants. You can expect the same level of service with the same delicious coffee as before, just with a new twist.
