Dean’s Steak & Seafood is the latest concept from White Lodging, bringing a refined yet approachable take on the classic American steakhouse to the heart of the city. Deeply rooted in the White family’s legacy, Dean’s reflects a tradition of hospitality and strong ties to Indiana. The restaurant’s art collection, carefully curated from the family’s personal archives, adds a meaningful layer of storytelling and warmth, making this new steakhouse a distinctive dining destination.
The restaurant includes seating for approximately 160 in the main dining room, 25 in a private dining room, and 50 across its lively cocktail and oyster bars. Interiors evoke the spirit of a timeless steakhouse, with rich dark woods, brass accents, and a dramatic, monochromatic palette. Thoughtfully color-blocked with deep reds and saturated blues, the design strikes an inviting balance of comfort and elegance.
With award-winning sister locations in Charlotte, Austin, and San Antonio, Dean’s Steakhouse arrived in Indianapolis as the newest gem of the collection.
