1. Interactive Hall
Located at the entrance, this 10,000 square feet glass-enclosed space is perfect for high-energy events. The Interactive Hall can accommodate up to 300 seated or 700 standing guests. Ideal for corporate events, galas, high-profile meetings, and even educational gatherings like STEM programs or robotics events, it offers a dynamic setting for any occasion.
2. The Garage
Spanning 12,600 square feet, The Garage offers a large, open, industrial-style space for events like career fairs, expos, and networking events. Its motorsport-inspired environment is perfect for booth setups, exhibitions, and community-driven events. Whether you're hosting a college fair, product launch, or gala, The Garage offers the flexibility you need for a successful event. It can accommodate up to 550 seated and 1,100 standing guests.
3. Conference Room
For more intimate gatherings, our 1,300 square feet Conference Room, located on the second floor, is ideal for meetings, presentations, and small seminars (up to 70 guests). With customizable seating arrangements, the room can be transformed for lunches, team-building activities, or intimate workshops.
4. Esports Arena (Coming Soon)
The upcoming Dallara AK Esports Arena will provide a unique, interactive environment for gaming tournaments, esports events, and even team-building activities, offering a new dimension to event hosting.
