Thank you for your interest in Courses! We are very excited to share our passion for service, food, and hospitality through this experiential learning opportunity.
The student-run operations consist of both a bakery-café on the first floor of our culinary center and a fine dining restaurant in the penthouse of our culinary center.
Courses Bakery-Café is open Monday-Tuesday, 9:30 am-1 pm.
Courses Restaurant is now serving lunch and dinner on the following dates:
- March 31 (lunch and dinner)
- April 7 (lunch and dinner)
- April 14 (lunch and dinner)
- April 21 (lunch and dinner)
- April 28 (lunch only)
- May 12 (lunch only)
Service schedules and menus are updated regularly on our Facebook page. Join our Customer Service class as they get hands-on experience running a dining room with the opportunity to serve delicious food provided by our Classical or Specialized Cuisine students.
Lunch seating from 11 am-12 pm.
Dinner seating from 6-7 pm
Reservations are best made through Open Table or email.
