The newest concept by Chef Jonathan Brooks of Milktooth, Beholder provides a fun energetic dinning experience highlighting an excitement for modern world cuisine. The menu encourages you to share with your friends, no rules, just enjoy. In addition, Beholder is committed to using local organic and sustainable farms. By locally sourcing our food, we bring to the table a better product and help strengthen the local and regional community we call home. Business partner Josh Mazanowski spearheads the wine and bar program emphasizing smaller new and old world wineries with food-friendly wines by the glass and an extensive wine list. Beholder is located on the Near Eastside of Downtown Indianapolis situated between several unique neighborhoods and overlooking the beautiful historic Woodruff Place.
