Overview
Arlene's is a new Southern "meat-and-three" restaurant operated by celebrated chef Jonathan Brooks. The restaurant is named after Brooks' mother and features a, mid-day-focused, menu with items like smoked roast beef, fried chicked, BBQ shrimp, ribs, wagyu hot dogs, fried catfish, blackened walleye, smoked wings, seasonal sides (wine-braised cabbage, sausage and rice casserole, mac and cheese, green beans braised with salty ham, and black-eyed peas with pastrami), and desserts like key lime pie, red wine cake, and Jell-o salad. The menu will also include vegetarian and pescatarian options. The restaurant will primarily serve lunch with Sunday brunch and occasional dinners.
