Nestled in the heart of the village, the Broad Ripple Ice Cream Station (BRICS) is home
to the Pay Dirt sundae (Oreos AND gummy bears), fruit smoothies, and a
selection of toppings and cones to dress up any tasty homemade flavor,
including Amaretto Cherry, Bananas Foster, and vegan-friendly selections like
Birthday Cake or Mint Chip. BRICS focuses on being a sustainable and
eco-friendly business, including reducing paper waste, composting, and

Howdy Homemade
Howdy’s menu is mouthwatering from start to finish! Check out summertime flavors like
Lemon Butter Cookie or Peanut Butter Brownie, or gluten-free and vegan options
like Choco Loco and Wild Cherry Sorbet. The year-round menu includes favorites
like Mint Chocolate Chip and one we’ll have to try soon called Chocolate As All
Get Out. Howdy’s mission is to provide job opportunities for people with

LiftOff Creamery
We're definitely noticing a cookie theme, but that won’t make LiftOff’s Oreo Lemon any less special. It’s just one of the creamery’s more than 90 flavors whose list also includes Squawk, a S'mores-adjacent treat; the peach-laden Cargo; and Wind Shear, a watermelon sorbet. In addition to LiftOff’s downtown location, the shop can also be found in Irvington (5539 E. Washington Street) and Greenwood (1280 U.S. Hwy 31 North). The shop’s focus is on mentoring youth in an entrepreneurial capacity.
