This month, the topic is Mindfulness. Mindfulness is the state or quality of being mindful or aware of something. It is a technique in which one focuses one’s full attention only on the present, experiencing thoughts, feelings, and sensations but not judging them. This is the base of mindfulness. Living in the present has many benefits. The practice of mindfulness can reduce stress and physical pain, often through meditation.

Our events always include live music, 6 fabulous story tellers, confetti, interactiveness, a Motivational Balloon drop (inside each balloon is a motivational phrase on topic), a cool light show, and lots of takeaways on topic!
