You won't find factory-farm meat, preservative packed produce or mass-produced anything on our menu. At The Mug, we make nearly everything from scratch, made to order. So naturally, it takes a little bit longer. All our beef, pork and chicken is antibiotic-free and grown locally from Tyner Pond Farm, This Old Farm and Fisher Farms - farmers we personally know and trust. And, we source as much seasonal produce from local producers as possible: our lettuce comes from Lush Leaf Lettuce and Greater Good Gardens; tomatoes, cabbage and onions from Hidden Acres; sweet corn from HUSK and apples from Tuttle's Orchard.
