Public Greens, owned and operated by Patachou, Inc., is a farm-market inspired cafeteria; the only restaurant in the region devoting all of its profits and crops to benefit The Patachou Foundation. The Patachou Foundation was established in 2013 to feed healthy meals to children in our community suffering from food insecurity. The restaurant name reflects the nature of our menu items with an emphasis on "green": fresh and wholesome non-processed foods; it reflects our commitment to sustainability (something Patachou, Inc. has practiced by buying local and building responsibly since 1989); and it reflects the proximity to the major greenway in Indiana: the Monon Trail.

Public Greens is the only destination outside Portland, OR, to use Stumptown Coffee's full brewing system.
