Our housing specialists have experience from the both the hotel side and housing bureau side, giving a broader perspective and understanding of both how our hotel partners and event partners work. We have experience working with events both large and small, offering exceptional customer service no matter the size.
This is not your average, impersonal call center. Our housing specialists are located on-site in the Indiana Convention Center, with direct local knowledge and personal connections with our partners. We handle all of your inventory management needs, sub-block set-up and management, and post-cutoff or overflow options.
Using the Cvent Passkey reservations system, attendees are able to book 24/7 online, or through our call center during business hours. We have access to a large number of reports for planners and are fully PCI and GDPR compliant.
Along with offering services for convention housing, we also offer an option for events not wanting to contract with hotels directly but still be able to offer housing to their attendees. We have housing options that offer courtesy blocks, where the agreement is between the hotels and Visit Indy on behalf of the event. For more information, click here.
