At the Courtyard Indianapolis South, we have one meeting room called "The Oaks". This room is approximately 650 square feet of flexible event space. It can seat up to 25 people in classroom-style seating. We have a projector and screen available to rent for any presentations as well as complimentary coffee and water included in the Meeting Room Rental. We do not currently have on-site catering available, but we have partnerships with outside catering options that we are happy to arrange for our clients' meetings. The Courtyard Indianapolis South welcomes all types of functions in The Oaks including but not limited to: business meetings, sales meetings, job fairs, birthday parties, holiday events, bridal/baby showers, and more.
