These efforts serve as a catalyst throughout Indiana to foster relationships between businesses, governmental agencies, educational institutions, youth service agencies, churches, and other community-based organizations. With a goal in mind to educate and uplift our community, IBE’s year-round programs provide access to the vital resources needed to create positive outcomes and empower change.
