Museum Day is right around the corner and with so many great Indiana and Indianapolis museums participating, it definitely deserves a place on the calendar.

Museum Day is annually hosted by Smithsonian Magazine to celebrate curiosity across the country, encouraging museum visits by offering free admission. Visitors can download tickets here and present the ticket to any participating museum for free admission on Saturday, September 22. One downloadable ticket is available per email address, with each ticket providing admission for two people. Rhythm! Discovery Center

This year’s Museum Day theme is “Women Making History,” with a mission to recognize female trailblazers in the arts, sciences, innovation and culture.
