Indiana State Fair

1202 E. 38th St., Indianapolis, IN 46205

Broad Ripple

The Indiana State Fair is held for 17 days each summer, yet it lives for generations in the memories of families who experience it together. Over 750,000 people visit the Indiana State Fair each year for family fun, rides and games, barnyard animals and fabulous fair food.

The theme is Wonderful World of Food. We grow it. We sell it. We cook it. We eat it. And we will have FUN celebrating it! Join us in telling the story of how Indiana is helping feed the world.

This year, experience the fair from 35 feet above Main Street on the new Subaru Skyride! This amusement attraction is similar to a ski chairlift. Spanning 1,400 feet, the 90-chair aerial lift will travel east and west in a continuous loop between the Swine Barn and the Midway. You'll pay $5 for a one-way ride down Main Street.
