Indiana Ballet Conservatory (IBC) offers dance classes for students as young as 18 months - adults. Known for the high level of classical ballet training needed for talented and dedicated dance students to pursue a career in dance, IBC also welcomes recreational students of all ages. In addition to classical ballet taught in the Vaganova method - which has produced some of the finest dancers, teachers and choreographers of all time - students also take classes in; repertoire, variations, gentlemen' variations, pas de deux, character, contemporary, jazz, modern and more.

As the only true pre-professional training program in Central Indiana, which offers a full-time Day Program for serious students in addition to traditional evening classes, IBC is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit. This award-winning school was born out of the desire of local philanthropists, business leaders and arts lovers to retain the level of teaching provided by such well-respected and sought-after teachers as Alyona Yakovleva-Randall, Founding Artistic Director; Tatiana Pali, Academy Principal and Ballet Mistress; Sergey Sergiev, Gentleman's & Contemporary Instructor and Choreographer; and Hailey Agran, Head of Preparatory Division. Most recently, IBC has added the acclaimed Bolshoi dancer and international master teacher, Alexei Moskalenko, as a permanent faculty member.
