Indiana Sports Corp hosts the Indy Ultimate, the Downtown Adventure Event of the year. Walk, jog, or run through Indy's most iconic destinations like Victory Field and Lucas Oil Stadium. The course is approximately five miles of surprises around every corner. Enjoy unforgettable activities like running the bases at Victory Field and kicking a field goal at Lucas Oil Stadium among other unique experiences along this year's full loop route.

All participants receive an adidas event t-shirt, and after they cross the finish line back on Monument Circle, they will receive their Indy Ultimate finisher medal.

Indy Half Marathon at Fort Ben

October 1

Kick off fall with this road racing event for the whole family. This series features a half marathon, 10K (new in 2022!), 5K, and a kid's one-mile run. The Indy Half Marathon explores the historic Lawrence and Fort Harrison State Park within miles of Downtown Indianapolis. This beautiful USATF-Certified course is nationally recognized with plenty of flat stretches and hills that keep the course entertaining. You'll never find yourself running alone, but you won't feel overwhelmed by the crowd either!

CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon

November 5

Months of training have led to this moment. The 15th running of the Monumental Marathon Series will take place in several Indy neighborhoods from Downtown to Broad Ripple. There are three distances along the USATF-certified course: 26.2 miles, 13.1 miles, and 3.1 miles. The flat course has hosted Olympians, Boston Marathon qualifiers, and runners competing for their personal best since 2008.

Do you know someone who is competing? There are so many ways to get involved to rally your community:

  • Make some noise! Running a marathon is a celebration of achievement. Play music, cheer, and clap for the participants.
  • Sign up for a cheer station (you can host one, too)!
  • Plan a yard party and get your neighbors and friends involved.
  • Make signs and hold them high!

Good luck to all of the runners!
