More than an eight-second ride, fans can expect the absolute best in cowboy and animal athletes competing to be the “Toughest in the World,” all hoping for the ultimate opportunity to compete at the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas for the World Champion title.
“The CINCH World’s Toughest Rodeo is proud to return to Indianapolis and cannot wait to serve up some action packed RODEO action like you have never seen before,” says World’s Toughest Rodeo announcer and renowned National Finals Rodeo Announcer, Roger Mooney. “The 2019 event is bigger and better than ever and, for the first time in pro rodeo history, the CINCH World’s Toughest Rodeo is now officially sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.”
The CINCH World’s Toughest Rodeo will feature three top events including Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding and its most extreme sport, Bull Riding. Twelve contestants will compete for the ultimate chance to compete in the winner-takes-all Showdown Round featuring the top two in each event. The show will also include Women’s Barrel Racing featuring talented cowgirls on FAST horses competing against the clock for the win. Local little buckaroos will also head into the spotlight in the Mutton Bustin, always a fan favorite.
The 2019 CINCH World’s Toughest Rodeo will feature some of the nation’s most talented specialty entertainers including Manu Lataste, never before seen in Indianapolis and the ONLY Professional Bull Jumper in North America. Hailing from Dex, France, Manu will display gymnastic skills over top a charging Mexican fighting bull, a truly athletic spectacle. Professional Rodeo Clown of the Year, Justin Rumford, will keep fans laughing with his wild antics, and the beautiful and talented Trick and Roman Rider, Dusti Dickerson, with her daring tricks at high speeds, is guaranteed to keep fans on the edge of their seats.
