Discover Your Mind-Body Connection at the Wellbeing Fest

Enlighten your mind, body and spirit at Indy Holistic Hub's annual Wellbeing Fest. This uplifting (and free!) event isn't your average health fair. It focuses on self care and connecting you to local resources aimed to support your overall wellbeing.

Join Indy's holistic community this Sunday, November 10 at the Biltwell Event Center from 1 pm-5 pm.

What to Expect at the Fest

Have body pain? Get a back massage or try out topicals infused with plant-based ingredients from one of the 70 local wellness vendors. Vegan, vegetarian or simply looking to eliminate processed foods from your diet? Check out the food vendors featuring all of your traditional favorites served up with a healthy spin. Feeling overwhelmed? Get your chakras balanced.

If the mind-body connection piques your interest, a handful of experts from Indy's holistic community will lead panel discussions meant to help you reflect on your personal health journey. Topics that will be covered include environmental toxins, nutrition, and more.

Other sessions include:

  • Introduction to Energy and Leveraging the Mind Body Connection
  • Is Your Story Making You Sick?
  • Change Your Posture, Change Your Life
  • Learn a New Revolutionary Posture Alignment
  • Inquiry Based Stress Reduction: Free Yourself!

New this year is the Experiential Wellbeing Village led by Broad Ripple-based OM hOMe. It will include a meditation room, experiential stations, and intro classes.  Numerous activities for kids will also be available including conversations around acceptance and gratitude.

The event is free to attend for Indy residents and visitors alike! VIP tickets, which include swag bags from sponsors, can be purchased for $10. Learn more here.
