Located on the historic downtown Noblesville square, The VILLE restaurant got its big break in 2014 on the Food Network's Pilot TV Show "Buy This Restaurant," a series where people get help finding a place to launch their first restaurant (Air date March 16, 2014). Chef Keith Brooks, a Gary, Indiana native, has 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. During culinary school he spent six months in New Orleans, interning at Commander's Palace under celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse. He graduated from Kendall Culinary College in Evanston, Illinois. His experience under Emeril and New Orlean's roots strongly influence the menu. Chef Brooks is known locally for catering, seafood dishes and his flavorful BBQ ribs.
The restaurant is recently restored and remodeled and features live jazz music Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The restaurant serves as a gallery for local Nickel Plate artist Gabriel Lehman. The VILLE offers private dining, catering and takes reservations. The restaurant was featured in the Indianapolis Star, FOX 59 Morning show "At Your Town Friday" and the Food Network.
