See some of the finest vintage and historic machines on Earth of all shapes and sizes race on the IMS road course during the Brickyard Vintage Racing Invitational. Hundreds of cars from all eras compete in this Sportscar Vintage Racing Association (SVRA) event, with great access to the machines and drivers for fans.
This year's event will feature a new series of exhibition races which will showcase pre-World War I-era racecars.
SVRA Chief Executive Officer Tony Parella says "not only will these historic cars be stretching their legs on the track, but with the work of Brian Blain and his foundation (Blain Motorsports Foundation) along with Hagerty there will also be educational and informative displays of tools, spares, period clothing that capture the feel of life in 1920 and before. This is rich content that adds to our automobile-themed festivals at SVRA events."
The new exhibition will include fields of up to 20.
Cost: $15 and up.
